 Name: Bill the Pony Race: Pony Actor: Rastus (although for the scenes on Caradhras there were two dancers in a horse costume!) Appears in: FotR Movie Bio: Bill the pony was the animal companion that carried the Fellowship's provisions. Presumably purchased from Bree, the pony followed Strider and the hobbits to Rivendell. He later set out with the Fellowship, to the gates of Moria. There he was released, as a four-legged animal such as him could not proceed through the mines of Moria. It's whereabouts are still unknown after its release. More Pictures
