Ringwraiths' Steeds Race: Horses Actor: Black Arabians & Morgans Appears in: FotR Movie Bio: The steeds of the Ringwraiths in FOTR were coal-black horses. But unlike ordinary horses, their eyes were blood-red, their hoofs appeared to have nails on the coronary band and their mane matted and bloody. The Ringwraiths used these mounts as part of their disguises as well as to travel and track down their quarry more easily. Equipment: * Saddles * Bits * Bridles and reins * Girths and stirrups * Combination bards The steeds have coal black open bard armor on head with minimum trappings and harnesses.
